TY25 Deadlines for 1040 (Individual) Tax Preparation Services

Tax season is just around the corner! Please review these key dates and deadlines carefully:

• November 14-18 – 2025 tax preparation proposals will be posted in your TaxDome portal. You’ll receive an email when yours is ready (check junk/spam folders), but you can log in anytime to view it.

• December 20 – Proposal Signature Deadline. To reserve your spot, your proposal must be signed by this date — no exceptions. Unsigned proposals will forfeit your spot. If signed after this date, preparation will not begin until May 2026.*

• January 17 - Our official tax season communication begins around this date. You’ll receive detailed instructions via email and your annual Tax Questionnaire in your TaxDome portal.

• March 21 - Document Submission Deadline. To ensure on-time filing by April 15, your completed Tax Questionnaire and all required documents must be submitted by this date. Items received after March 21 will be extended.*

• April 15 - Tax Filing Deadline. All e-file signatures and tax payments are due.

* = Note: Blank extensions will be filed. If you expect to owe, you are responsible for estimating and making a payment by April 15. We are not responsible for penalties or interest resulting from unpaid balances.
